By accessing and using Certango's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Certango provides a digital credential management platform that allows organizations to create, issue, manage, and verify digital credentials. Our services include:

• Digital credential creation and issuance
• Verification and authentication services
• Analytics and reporting tools
• API access and integrations
• Customer support services

To access our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

You agree not to use our services to:

• Create false or misleading credentials
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the operation of our services

For paid services:

• Payment is due according to your selected billing cycle
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Certango and its licensors. You retain ownership of your credential data and content.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Make emergency updates or repairs
• Temporarily suspend services for security reasons
• Modify or discontinue features with notice

In no event shall Certango be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the services will cease
• Outstanding fees become immediately due
• We may delete your data after a reasonable period
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
